BT Sideband Device
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
I have attempted to reinstall the drivers and search for updated versions via both the manufacturer's website and Windows Update, but these steps did not resolve the issues.
Could you please guide me on how to fix these errors? If specific drivers or troubleshooting steps are required, kindly provide the necessary links or instructions.
Thank you for your support. I look forward to your assistance.
Best regards, Mike

I would like to confirm whether you have used MyASUS to update all the necessary drivers after reinstalling Windows 11 Home. You mentioned that you have already tried reinstalling the drivers and searched for updates through both the manufacturer's website and Windows Update, but the issue persists, it's unsure if it's a system-related issue.
Could you please try performing a system reinstallation using Cloud Recovery and see if the problem improves? Thank you!

I think it's caused by ASUS motherboard's ESD protection. You can try searching for the keywords 'ASUS ESD discharge'
like this:[用戶自助維修] ESD靜電防護說明 | 官方支援 | ASUS 台灣

Hi @keyboardman ,@keyboardman,
Please try removing all external devices and power sources while the laptop is turned off. Then, press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset. After that, reconnect the power and turn on the laptop to check if the issue improves. Thank you!

👨🏻🔧 Here is a quick solution (at least for the ACPI UCM-UCSI part):

ASUS should investigate why it happens anyway: looks like a random BIOS + USB-C multi-port problem.
