Armoury Crate won’t open

So I was playing games on my ROG Zephyrus like usual and decided I needed to fan speed up a bit. I tried pressing the button that takes you to AC on the keyboard and it didn’t work, so I tried opening the app via the start button and once again it didn’t work.

Everytime I try to get into AC the stupid wheel spins and loads next to the mouth, the tab pops up and then it closes and that’s it.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting, looking up tutorials, checking for windows updates, and I’m now currently doing a repair update.

I suck at computers and have no idea what I’m doing. Please help.

I would recommend referring to the following FAQ to use the Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool to completely remove Armoury Crate, then download and reinstall it to check if the issue is resolved.
