Armoury Crate install problem

Hello, 

I have been juggling back and forth with Armoury Crate and Aura Creator install. I have run uninstall package and still (after booting a few times between uninstall and install) I get error 501 when trying to install it again.

I have Rog Strix G16 G615LW

What can be done here ?

Based on your description, the issue may be caused by incomplete removal. We recommend following the steps in the FAQ below to use the Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool to uninstall it, then reinstall and confirm.

Thank you, after first doing the uninstall and install of the Armoury Crate, the problem persisted. However, when reacting to another issue with missing  VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSCVP140.dll files. So after installing these, also the Armoury Crate and Aura started to work fine!
