Armoury Crate Button & Fan button randomly stopped working

The Armoury crate button and fan button have randomly stopped working. I uninstalled Armoury crate with the pack from the ASUS website and reinstalled it and my laptop was running better, then I turned my laptop off and turned it back on the next morning and neither of the buttons do anything anymore. Also when I search Armoury Crate in the windows search bar it doesnt show the real app icon it shows a different icon indicating there's an issue.

May I confirm the model of your laptop and the current version of Armoury Crate installed?
To further understand your issue, could you please clarify if you are experiencing difficulties with certain keys not functioning within Armoury Crate or if you are unable to access the Armoury Crate software at all? Could you please provide a detailed description of the situation where the fan key is not working? 
If possible, it would be helpful if you could provide relevant screenshots for us to assess the situation. Thank you.

It's an ASUS ROG Strix G731 GT.

Everytime I try to Uninstaller armoury crate with the dedicated Uninstaller it says error and cant Uninstaller all components. I had don't am Uninstaller and reinstall about a week ago and it was working fine then I tried to Uninstall it again and it didn't fully Uninstall everything, then when I reinstalled it the fan button to put it into performance or turbo mode doesn't work, and the asus app button doesn't work I have to open the app manually, and my cpu usually only stays around 4.1ghz on turbo mode when it's supposed to go to 4.5 and I've seen it go to 4.4 - 4.5 before I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It was working fine on windows 11 but I reverted back to windows 10 because windows 11 was taking 60% of my ram. Is it okay to use another installer like iobit powerful Uninstaller to Uninstall all components and then re-download the armoury crate and aura sync package? Or will I have to download the whole package and specify which rig I'm using and what I want to download.

I would like to confirm with you whether you have downloaded Armoury Crate and uninstalled tool through the following link. May I ask if you encountered any error messages when uninstalling Armoury Crate (could you provide any relevant screenshots for us to verify)?

Yeah it worked seamlessly in windows 11 but it took too much of my cpu and RAM so I decided to go back and armoury crate was already uninstalling itself upon me reverting back to windows 10. I will try to uninstall it with that uninstall and reinstall it, I can send a video or screenshots.

May I ask how you installed Windows 10? Have you tried resetting the system and reinstalling Armoury Crate to see if it runs properly?

Since we haven't received any similar feedback regarding this issue, if you still encounter the same problem after resetting the system and reinstalling Armoury Crate, would you be able to record a video of the issue with log recording enabled? 
Please provide both the log files and the video so that I can seek assistance from the relevant team to investigate this matter.

【Here is the file path for the log file for your reference】 
In Armoury Crate "Settings" and check "About" page, If clicking App Diagnostics "Record Log", the Privacy Policy Statement will pop out. Once user agreed statement, the Armoury Crate will start to collect problem log  and you can click "Generate log data" to generate the log file with encrypted (ASUS log file).
