Annoying oscillating fans on Flow x16

It is not only the middle fan, but any fan can start oscillating. The only remedy is to shut down the laptop. (Rebooting doesn't fix it.)

Win 11, latest BIOS (ASUS_GV601VI_314_BIOS_Update). No hardware upgrades.

Another point of improvement would be to allow the fans to spin-up or down with some latency in BIOS, just like the fan step-up "level" setting on ASUS motherboards.

And also, allow control for the GPU fan when the GPU is disabled based on CPU temperature. Now it seems the GPU fan lives on its own when the GPU is disabled.
