Hi @TJ25 ,

Based on your description, it's unclear whether there is a hardware issue. Please try the following steps:

  1. Remove ASUS System Control Interface v3 and uninstall Armoury Crate using the uninstall tool.
  2. Reinstall ASUS System Control Interface v3  V3.1.32.0 and Armoury Crate.
  3. Power off the laptop, disconnect all external devices and the power source.
  4. Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset.
  5. Reconnect the power source and power on the laptop to test if the issue improves.

If the problem persists, we recommend sending the laptop to a local service center for further hardware diagnostics to confirm the issue. Thank you.

Now I have tried the EC Reset and

I have now also resetted windows 11 and the problem yet persists
