2024 g14 crashes and reboots when waking up from sleep

For the past few months, I have had a 2024 g14 (GA403UV) which crashes when waking up from sleep. Sometimes it will let me login and will freeze, then black screen, and then restart, but sometimes it dosn't even let me login.

What i have tried:

1. reinstalling windows 11
2. updating bios 
3. resetting bios settings to default
4. updated both Nvidia and AMD drivers
5. updated chipset drivers
6. using different user accounts
7. running a mem test which came back with nothing wrong
8. disabled fast boot

If anyone has experienced the same problem and has found a solution to this please let me know, thank you!

Based on the situation you described, if you have already tried restoring the system but the issue persists, we recommend backing up your data and bringing your laptop to a service center for further inspection.
