Не правильно работают некоторые клавиши а именно: 2, ESC, F1, F2.

Доброго все дня. Встретился с проблемой. Не правильно работают некоторые клавиши а именно: 2, ESC, F1, F2. при нажатии на них, они не срабатывают но если зажать любую другую клавишу то проблемные клавиши работают как нада

My laptop model is Asus rog strix g531gt. I reinstalled the drivers, it didn't help. I connected an external keyboard and the on-screen keyboard works correctly. But on the laptop itself there are keys 2, ESC, F1, F2. They do not respond, only when pressing other keys.
