If it is dropping an Ethernet connection, maybe you could elaborate on your configuration?

I have a mesh configured with two ET12s as nodes. I had powered everything off at the end but the router and modem. I had the router plugged into the modem and it couldn't negotiate a connection. Router showed the WAN connection alternating between disconnected or a DNS error

Do you believe your situation was just regarding your ISP connection?   If so, do you have any non-default settings on the Router you use for that portion?

I am on a cable connection so not familiar with Fiber type operations.  When you have several folks seeing a problem, it is usually wise to try to find something in common, such as if you all would be using Fiber.

Do you have the AiProtection turned on?
