Hi @Acej84 ,

based on your issue, may I ask whether you're using wired or wireless connection?

It is suggest that you use the wired connection first to provide more stable and higher speeds.

Have you make sure that the router firmware is at the latest version?

For the ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Pro, it has the high-efficiency WiFi 6 – Ultrafast WiFi 6 tri-band boosts speeds up to 11,000 Mbps, with 160 MHz channels for better efficiency and throughput.

Have you make sure that the modem are capable of handling 5 gig speeds?

Also, it is suggest that you confirm with the ISP to verify if the upgraded speed is properly provisioned for your account.

Thank you.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.

A test through the router can only be wired

Does the ISP recommend or provide a router to use?  This is 5 Gig fiber service?  3200 Mbps download and upload?

No they said use any router yes upload and download

What are you getting for ping values?  (Not sure what jitter means exactly feel free to include or not).  I just had 1 Gig fiber installed 1 1/2 weeks ago.  It is amazingly low.

Have you tried connecting a computer with 5 or 10 Gig Ethernet and speed test directly?

8-12

Seems high.  (I have two Fiber ISPs, both 1 Gig), slowest one is about avg 4.x ms (Frontier) the other is in the low 2.x ms (AT&T).  Is the router connected to an ONT or gateway?  (Maybe ask them if the speed and ping are expected)…

Yes connected to ont I thought it was a little off

where are you doing your speed test
