I recently upgraded to the GT-AX11000 pro. On my old router in games, my ping was 15 to 16ms in all east and central US servers on multiple games. No packet loss. ( I have gigabit internet) After installing the 11000 pro, my ping on the router is 16, but the ping on all games same servers from my rig is 25-30ms all east and central servers, and most concerning is I am getting upwards of 5% packet loss. I started by connecting my Rig directly to my fiber service, ping 16ms, no packet loss. I have done all the normal tech solutions, of course turned of green ethernet, jumbo frame, flushdns, ect.. I also had all my cables replaced with cat 6 cables, (length is 20 feet) contacted my ISP went through all the resets, everything looked perfect on their end. I have went through all the settings, QOS, turned off router firewall, port forward, I even tried WTFast, still the same, 8-10ms higher ping, and packet loss. I also bought a 2.5 GB pcie NiC, installed it, in case the one on my motherboard was going bad, no luck. I do know the ping is just an estimation, but the packet loss is what I am looking to decrease. Anyone have a similar issue, or recommendation?
Thanks in Advance

Hello, @theoabandit
May I ask whether your motherboard is connected via a wired connection or a Wi-Fi connection? Have you encountered the issues described with both?
What is the current firmware version of the ROG Rapture GT-AX11000? If it is not the latest version, could you please update it to the latest version, reset the router, and then check if the issue persists?
Please also check and update the network-related drivers on your computer.
We also suggest cross-testing the connectivity status with other devices, referring to the settings in the following link, and trying to adjust the Internet Connection if needed.

[Network Tools] How to use Network Analysis(Ping, Traceroute, Nsloopup) in ASUS Router?
Thank you.

Thanks for the reply, connection is wired, however this happens on wired and if I try to game on wifi it is 10-15% packet loss. Sorry forgot to put in my post, but yeah already updated; Firmware version on router is latest, 3.0.0.4.388_23556-gfef4962, firmware and drivers are the latest for my NiC cards, built in motherboard is a GIGABYTE 10Gbit Network by AQtion AQC107, the pcie I purchased is a Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller. I have also tried manually setting the dns servers in the router. I installed the games on a different rig after my post, and the results are the same, upwards of 5% packet loss, on wired connection.

I am unable to find any "Problem Reporting" in "System Management" in the web interface in this router.
These are my options in the router interface, I searched under each one and do not see, "System Management nor "Problem Reporting".
