BE98 Pro Segmenting a Subnet Using VLAN

I want to use VLAN on  a BE98 Pro  router to segment a subnet on a specific port.

The idea is isolate a web server from the rest of the network.

Can I use a separate subnet address (e.g., 10.1.2.0) with hosts on this subnet?

How do they contact the router whose address is 10.1.1.1 in order to access the internet?

Where do I specify the router address in the VLAN configuration? No DHCP server is running on the subnet.

Is there a way for hosts on subnet 10.1.1.0 to connect to the isolated host using its IP address (10.1.2.5)? or do they have to reach the host via its external address?
