AXE11000 failing to update in my iMesh

Hi !
I have this configuration:

I keep trying to update the AXE11000 but the update keeps failing. I tried from the Android app and from my desktop. I have had issues like this before, usually with the AX11000 but rebooting the modem several times eventually lets it upgrade. Not this time for the AXE so far.
Any suggestions?
