I am working on this too. There are threads for this. As near as I can tell the asus XG-c100c needs a firmware higher than 3.1.88. Technically it needs 3.1.121a from marvels website. If you look at the date on the update through the asus website for the firmware not for the driver you will notice that there is a newer version on the marvel site.
At one point in time people were flashing the marvel firmware onto the asus network cards because they stopped supporting the card.
I am still carrying the torch here trying to get this fixed though.
