ZenScreen Duo OLED MQ149CD not working with ROG STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI via USB-C

The MQ149CD is supposed to work with a single USB-C cable, but I'm not getting a picture when I connect it to my ROG STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI with 9800X3D. Pretty sure I tried every USB-C port, and with a Thunderbolt 4 cable, no less. Works fine with Mini HDMI, though. 

Anyone else have the same issue?

I am using my MQ149CD with a ZenBook Duo and found I had to use the USB C 2 port on the monitor for both screens to register as two independent monitors.  In addition I went into the MQ149CD menu and selected display settings and then make sure extend mode is selected. After that it worked like I expected it to.

When connecting the MQ149CD, do you also have other monitors connected via the rear integrated graphics output?
To better understand your current setup, could you kindly confirm the following details?
- The motherboard BIOS version, OS, and OS build version (Settings → System → About).
- The brand, model, and installation slots or ports for the CPU, GPU, RAM (including the part number), SSD/HDD, and PSU.
- Are any extensions or adapters used to connect any devices?
If the issue occurs under specific conditions, at a certain frequency, or involves a complex hardware connection setup, providing a video that fully documents the hardware installation and the issue’s occurrence would help us better understand the situation.
