z790 inaccessible boot device

i have z790 strix wifi board and i changed the secure boot option from other os to uefi boot and after that my pc stopped loading to windows and i cant even load to bios unless i pressed the CMOS button or remove the motherboard battery i managed to enter to the bios and pressed the default button for the bios to get everything like it was before. then i started to get blue screen error code inaccessible boot device and i cant restore windows or troubleshoot or anything, and if i want to enter to bios again i need to remove the battery again or it will stay at black screen please guys i need help

May I ask which motherboard model you are currently using—ROG STRIX Z790-E GAMING WIFI, ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI, or ROG STRIX Z790-A GAMING WIFI?
Could you please confirm your OS version and if the system was previously installed using Legacy BIOS (CSM) with an MBR partition?
If you enable CSM and set Secure Boot to "Other OS," are you able to boot into the system successfully?

If there is a mismatch between the BIOS boot mode and Windows installation, we recommend cross-testing with a different system drive or evaluating whether a disk format conversion is necessary.
