I'm experiencing a strange problem with my z790 motherboard.
I have a pair of Bose Companion speakers using a 3.5mm audio jack (non-USB powered) and a pair of Amazon Basics speakers with a 3.5mm jack powered by USB. When I plug the jack into the green line-out port, the volume is louder in the left speaker than in the right. I noticed the same issue with another pair of speakers.
However, something odd occurred. I left the Bose speakers plugged into the motherboard's line-out, but I connected the Amazon speakers to the USB port and audio jack on the front of the case. Then, I went to Sound > Playback in the settings to test the audio for both setups.
The audio for "Speakers (Realtek USB Audio)" is loudest on the left in the Bose speakers.
The audio for "Headphones (Realtek USB Audio)" is loudest on the right, but this occurs in the Bose speakers, not the Amazon speakers.
Do you know how to fix this issue?

I was able to fix the problem with a $6 USB to 3.5mm Jack Audio Adapter off of Amazon.

The issue I'm trying to fix is the volume in my Bose speakers not being uniform between both speakers.
