Hello @Adidaz
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please clarify if this issue occurred after the PC was first built or after using it for some time and occurred following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
What is the current BIOS version, and does the issue persist after updating to the latest version 2801?
In addition to referencing the user manual to ensure the CPU pins are not bent, all power cables are properly connected, and, if possible, cross-testing with another PSU, could you kindly provide a detailed video to help us and the relevant team better understand the scenario?
For example, you could record the process starting from shutting down the system, the inability to cold boot, with no Q-LED showing. Then, demonstrate any troubleshooting steps you attempted and whether the system could boot afterward.
Thank you.

i already got a new PSU, it did not help. the pc has been running fine for atleast 7 month, so it is no new build, i have switch all cables, i suspect this came with bios update 2801, but i also tryed to go back to an older bios with no luck.

ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI
as @Adidaz mentioned from above, having same issues.
BIOS up to date? - yes Version 2801 (from 2703 issue persist, reason why i update)
Reset CMOS - Yes (from back of the PC and removed CMOS Batt while i clean and removed all that was plugged in MB)
Have tried a different PSU - Yes
Have you tried using a different AVR - Yes (also done plugging the PC directly w/o it)
Removed RAM - Yes (as mentioned above i clean all that was attached)
as mentioned by Jiaszzz_ROG aboveprovide a video.
Video - https://app.screencast.com/h989STNuNDl53
Video - is cold start, as seen the BIOS light is blinking, only trick was to power of again, wait for the power regulator to "hear" it kicked in as you only have 2 secs to press the power button for it to turn On.
Once ON it runs properly, note: that BIOS light doesn't stops blinking (no flash drive inserted).
Hassle was when shutdown, you won't be able to power on again you need to do as what seen in video.
Hope this helps the support team to exactly see what users having same issue was talking about. hoping that this can now be resolved as I see many people are having similar issues.

Hi! @Adidaz ,
similar issue that i have been having was fixed during recent windows update.
yeah it's weird, and yet it fixes the said issue on its own on my end.
does it did same on your end?
