I have a strange issue with the onboard sound of my Rog z690 Hero Mainboard. The front channel out (lime green jack on I/O panel) does not work. There is actual no sound-output on that channel. If I set the mono-switch in Windows 11 to on, the front channel works. It is a ALC 4082 soundchip. I've tried everything to get the sound working, but no luck.
Thank you for your help

Hello, @casparit
Thank you for your confirmation.
May I ask if the audio firmware has also been updated to the version from the official website?
If you have completed the update or reinstallation and the problem still persists, please record another video demonstrating the setup scenario.
Please ensure that the video has clear quality so that we can review your relevant settings and observe any changes in audio output.
If possible, kindly indicate the specific timestamp in the video where the lime jack is not functioning properly.
Thank you.

Hello, @casparit .
We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
However, after installing the official website's drivers and firmware as per the instructions provided by the relevant department, we were unable to replicate the problem you described.
Therefore, we suggest that you try restoring the Windows system and then reinstalling related drivers and firmware to verify if the problem persists.
Please refer to [Windows 11/10] How to reset the PC and remove all of my personal files, apps and settings if needed.
