I am using an X870E Hero motherboard with a 9800X3D processor and a 4090 graphics card. Recently, I have encountered a strange issue: while gaming, the, but the connection can be restored after a reboot. I have tried updating the network card drivers (currently using version 1126.21.903.2024), changing the BIOS settings, and updating the USB drivers to the version from December 17, but the issue persists. I also tried switching to both Windows 11 23H2 and 22H2, but the problem remains unresolved. However, when I switched to a 4080 Super graphics card, the issue stopped occurring. I sent my 4090 graphics card for after-sales testing, and it was confirmed to be in good condition. This is very troubling, as I am unable to use my 4090 graphics card. Is there any solution to this problem? Thank you!

Hello @tmdzmyking
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We noticed that you have duplicated the same content. May we ask if disabling EEE as previously suggested has been helpful?
Additionally, we kindly recommend avoiding repeated posts with the same content to minimize potential information gaps or misunderstandings.
Regarding your issue, could you clarify whether it occurred immediately after the PC was built or after using it for some time and occurred following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
From the images you provided, we observed errors originating from MTKBTFilterx64 and BTHUSB. May I ask if the disconnection issue affects your wireless network, or is it specific to Ethernet during gameplay?
Also, we recommend installing LAN driver version 1126.19.704.2024 from the official website, as it has been verified for compatibility, instead of the current version 1126.21.903.2024.
Meanwhile, since you mentioned the GPU model installation may influence the network, please check whether there are any power management restrictions within the system and verify if overheating during gaming or high GPU performance scenarios may be causing network adapter abnormalities.
Please refer to the steps outlined in the FAQs below to troubleshoot the issue:

Thank you.
