I can't set any version of EXPO on my MOBO.  I've waited a full day and nothing but black screen.

Hi

Couple of things

Have you got the latest bios?

Have you tried with just 2 dimms?

Also, try entering the timings and voltages manually as expo doesn't work with 4 DIMMs but should work with two, with two DIMMs you should see expo but I would drop the speed to 6400 and go up from there,

HI @PatMcKrotch

As above, you would need to remove one kit. Memory kits are binned and validated by memory vendors in the density in which they are sold, and combining and mixing kits is not supported.

Whilst manual tuning is always an option, it requires a deeper understand of memory overclocking. The concessions of which are outlined better in the following article
