X870 Wifi/Bluetooth not working

SauceSavior

Recently got this board and I cannot get the wifi to work. I dont have access to ethernet and ive done everything I can think of to get the wifi to work. In the device manager it says that there is an error with MediaTek Wi-Fi 7 MT7925 Wireless Lan Card (Code 37) and i tried reinstalling the drivers for that. There is also an issue with USB4(TM) Host Router (Code 31) If that might be the cause of any issues. Any input would be appreciated thanks in advance.

Hello @SauceSavior

Thank you for reaching out to us, and sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delayed response.
May I ask which specific model within the X870 series motherboard you are currently using? Additionally, could you confirm whether the driver you reinstalled was the version provided on the official website?
Regarding the issue you described, the appearance of Code 37 and Code 31 in Device Manager indicates that an abnormality has been detected with the device or related driver.
We recommend referring to the guide in [Motherboard] Troubleshooting – How to fix Motherboard Wi-Fi connection problems, which includes steps such as verifying proper installation of the Wi-Fi antenna, updating the BIOS to the latest version, and checking BIOS settings.
In addition, please review the guidance in [Windows 11/10] Troubleshooting – Yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager to ensure the driver installation was correct.
If the issue persists, you may also try "Reset the system and keep your file" option and see if that resolves the problem.

Thank you.
