Hello @deterok
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The BIOS settings can vary between different motherboard models, BIOS versions, and the hardware specifications detected.
Generally, you can access the AI OC Guide page in the BIOS by pressing <F11>.
Could you please provide the complete model of your motherboard and the BIOS version you are using? Sharing the BIOS main page screenshot would help us confirm this issue.
Additionally, we recommend downloading the BIOS manual from the support site > Manual & Document section for your specific motherboard model on the official website to verify the relevant settings.
Please refer to How to search and download Drivers, Utilities, BIOS, and User Manuals if needed.
Thank you.

Hello @deterok
Due to the ongoing local holidays in our area, our response time may experience delays.
We apologize for any inconvenience the delayed replies may have caused.
Meanwhile, we noticed that you did not provide BIOS information in this comment but shared it in a separate thread: AI menu doesn't exist in BIOS (x670e gene)
Upon confirmation, the AMD Ryzen™ 9 7900X3D Gaming Processor does not support CPU overclocking settings, so the related feature will not be available in the BIOS.
Also, please avoid posting duplicate threads on the same topic to prevent any potential discrepancies or misunderstandings.
Thank you.
