X670e Hero stopped working

Had this board for a long time and its been solid like all previous Asus boards I've had over the years, until just yesterday from a simple power off. 

Now for whatever reason it won't post. Turning it on results in no display signal and a solid yellow light on the board. Iv tried resetting ram to no avail and resetting CMOS.

This system that worked flawlessly now didn't work at all. And I have no clue what a shut down would do this. Looking for advise.

update...sent the board back to seller for the past week they have had it..told me they tested it and it works fine with no issues. showd me pictures of the post screen. they tested it with and without a graphics card and it works...i get it back 2 days ago.. fire it up with my components..and same exact problem. stuck on yellow light with error code 00  no post. everything lights up but the memory sticks. fans speed up every 5 seconds on front of case.

at this point if the board is not at fault as they say..and the memory is not at fault since i already bought another of the same memory to test and i know it cant be the powersupply since im using it in my older machine and it works fine..the only thing left is the cpu..unless i get a reply on here for anything to try, I can only think of orderering  a brand new 7600x.  this ****** is infuriating.
