So when starting my computer I'm greeted with no display and a qcode of 00 upon startup. The fans ramp up and go back to normal in a cycle and the qcode display dims in a cyclical fashion as well. I've removed everything from the motherboard one after the other trying to diagnose the issue and nothing seems to make the system post. I have also tried clearing cmos, taking the battery from the motherboard, and reseating both CPU and RAM. Nothing seems to be resolving my issue. Also, yes the motherboard has the latest bios version.
Any and all help is a appreciated. I really don't want to go through the rma process on the board and/or the CPU and this is a simple fix.

Going through the RMA process right now on the motherboard. I haven't seen any solutions for getting past code 00 so I would probably get that ball rolling now. I'll update when I get the mobo back and see if anything changed or if it's the CPU that's the issue.

Hello, @Goofbawls
After the maintenance is finished, we recommend that you start using it again and monitor its performance.
Please feel free to PM me if you continue to experience difficulties or have any other concerns..

UPDATE: Received another motherboard from ASUS and it came back with qcode 00. So I caved and bought another 7950x and it posted. Faulty CPU problem and it is getting sent back to AMD asap. Sorry there wasn't easy solution (at least on the wallet) to this problem but that's how I solved my issue.

Well done for solving. Unfortunately it was always going to be a toss up between the board and CPU after your initial tests were okay.
