System posts and boots into windows with all auto settings, defaults to 4800mhz. Slight freezing and longer load times for initial windows login. Runs games great with no crashes or BSOD's. Literally runs problem free at all "Auto" settings.
After I enabled EXPO I, save and restart, I'm put back into bios with a fail to post. Same with EXPO II. I can get it to post with EXPO II forced at 5600mhz but am greeted with random BSOD's and restarts after or during gaming sessions or even just watching videos. System seems pretty unstable at that setting.
I have cleared cmos at the necessary steps and updated the bios. I initially tried a non qvl set of ram to no avail. I am currently using a new set of qvl ram with the same issues. I've tried the memory context restore settings and what not. I would like to start fresh with the troubleshooting process and get my system running stable at higher than 4800mhz, ideally as close to the 6000mhz that my RAM is made for.
I have NOT: ran memtest, tried one stick or switching the sticks, update bios again, or change any settings other than "Auto" to "EXPO I" or "EXPO II" and forcing a 5600mhz speed, and trying both memory context restore settings. No other settings have been adjusted other than auto adjustments. I am currently set to all "Auto".

Hi @Var_Thondel
1. Ensure if you're using a contact frame that it is correctly installed, or return to the stock retention mechanism.
2. Try AGESA 1203 patch in latest beta BIOS

I switched back to the stock retention mechanism, set EXPO II, got straight into windows at 6000mhz.
I did not update bios to beta version.
Have been gaming and running stress tests for a couple hours now and everything has been perfectly stable.
Thank you for being spot on and fast to respond. Issue fixed

No problem. Yes, there's not much need to run a contact frame on AM5. If you're after a paste guard, Noctua and other cooling vendors make them, and you can retain the stock retention mechanism.
