Hi @ThanksHeaps
First and foremost, have you tried clearing the CMOS / removing the AC (power)?

Hello, @ThanksHeaps
May I ask if the situation you described happened after any changes were made? For example, adjusting the BIOS settings or connecting an external device
In addition to the abnormal Q-code and Armoury Crate temperature display issues, are there any other anomalies, such as being unable to boot?
Does the CPU temperature remain stagnant at 11 degrees in the BIOS as well?
Could you confirm your current BIOS version?
If you haven't updated to the latest version 1905 released on February 7, 2024, please consider updating and clearing CMOS before rechecking again.
According to the Q-Code table in the ROG STRIX X670E-E GAMING WIFI user manual, Q-code 11 corresponds to "Pre-memory CPU initialization is started."
Therefore, we recommend referring to the user manual to reconfirm the correct installation of the CPU, RAM, and related components, along with the fans.
Please also ensure that all items in the Armoury Crate Update Center have been successfully updated.
Thank you.

No changes were made from memory.
No boot issues.
Yes remains 11c stagnant in BIOS also.
BIOS 1905
All items connected properly. There is the second power cable 8 pin (2x4pin cable) i put them in as cpu 1 and cpu 2 respectively. Any issue there?

No resolve. Even unplugged everything and replugged it all in.

Odd, haven't seen anything like that myself personally. Have you tried changing the Q-CODE behaviour in the UEFI? Change to POST Code Only.
In HWInfo check the Package Temperature telemetry, does that seem to display correctly?

Thanks I just tried this. It boots and displays AA as code. Sometimes it boots and displays 40.

Hello, @ThanksHeaps
There is the second power cable 8 pin (2x4pin cable) i put them in as cpu 1 and cpu 2 respectively
>>Could you clarify if you are referring to the power connectors labeled as A or B in the image below? Are you only connecting with one of them?
Please help confirm the following information to help us better understand the issue.
- share images of the BIOS main page, all non-default manual settings, and a display of CPU temperature stagnation
- share screenshots or videos from HWmonitor or other third-party software showing the fluctuation of CPU temperature, ensuring it doesn't freeze at 11°C
- confirm the brand and model name of the DRAM (including part number), GPU, and PSU currently installed
- record the Armoury Crate log and synchronization video, upload it to the cloud, grant access, and send me the link via PM
Please refer to "Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature)" and ensure that you have confirmed and checked the "Record Log" option before proceeding with the steps to replicate the issue
Thank you.
