Hi . First time poster here.
I have built a new pc. While I am not an expert this would be my third build.
my setup is the next one:
- x670 e e gaming
- ryzen 9 7950x
- corsair vengeance ddr5 64gb
- corsair rm 1000x psu
- lc rog strix 2 360 aio pump
- phanteks nv7
- geforce rtx 4080super
- samsung ssd m2
so the first boot prompted the new cpu detected press Y to reset ftpm or press or press N to keep previous tpm. (Image attaches) . After pressing Y pc rebooted and then started acting weird.
From the qcode it looks like the mobo is doing it’s start process. (Attached video) . Sometimes i get to acces the bios for some seconds and sometimes it shuts down while fans are speeding at full speed.
Idk what could be causing this. Please help me solve this.
Ty in advance.

Hello @edgarbar91
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Based on the video you provided, the Q-code 99 on the AMD platform motherboard indicates an issue with the CPU or memory, while the yellow-green Q-LED indicator light may suggest a boot device issue.
We recommend removing all SSDs or HDDs and checking whether you can boot into the BIOS. Please also inspect the CPU socket for any bent pins or check for any overly loose or tight installations. Additionally, since the video does not allow for a full assessment, please ensure that the memory is properly installed in the DIMM_A2 and B2 slots.

Meanwhile, as for the image you provided, there is no need to be concerned about BitLocker if no operating system is installed. It will only be activated after the installation of the operating system.
Thank you.
