System was working fine for over a year, then I tried to enable enable docp for my ram, now system won't boot/post. Cannot load into bios. I get only a black screen. I get qcode 00 and qled yellow.
I tried:
-reseating ram/using 1 ram stick.
-power cycling the desktop by unplugging everything, the pressing the powe button for 20 Second, and repeating it 3 times.
-removing the battery on mobo
-pressing the cmos button or holding it to reset.
- seating cpu and gpu.
-keeping it on for an hour hoping my insanity will fix it

ROG STRIX X670E-E GAMING WIFI mobo
Rtx 4090 gpu
