downloaded the ISO file from Microsoft Website
Tried to install and hangs when searching for disks
I have two m.2 , one sata and the other is the main now having windows which is nvme

Instead of using the ISO file, try using the media creation tool. Make sure your usb flash drive is formatted to the .FAT32 file system.
In the link, select the 2nd option "Create Windows 11 Installation Media".

I downloaded the ISO file, and burned to the USB disk with Rufus
using GPT and UEFI
And it is formatted auto as NTFS
it may still the cause ?

The NTFS file system should be ok to use as well.
You shouldn't need to use Rufus, I don't have to use Rufus when downloading and installing windows.
Try downloading the media creation tool straight to your usb flash drive, then try installing windows.
