Windows 11 Stopped Recognizing TPM 2.0

Hoping for some support as the Microsoft Windows advisor blamed Asus and failed to offer me any help. Randomly my TPM device is not being recognized by Windows security but it is recognized by tpm.msc. I have tried turning it on and off in bios, I have cleared it, and I have switched to a firmware TPM, same issues. I have run sfc/ scannow (no issues) and I have run DISM (no issues). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero with the newest firmware installed (BIOS 4402)

Thanks!

Hello, @caseysimonmft

May I inquire if the situation you described occurred after any recent changes were made? For instance, did you update the BIOS or disconnect any external devices?
We recommend trying to reset the PC, restore the BIOS to default settings, or clear the CMOS before changing the TPM Device Selection to Firmware TPM.
After making these adjustments, please reboot the system to confirm if the problem persists.

Thank you.

Due to the ongoing regional holidays, my responses may be slightly delayed.
Thank you in advance for your patience.‌‌‌‌ 🙂
