Hello,
I'm struggling for hours to set up my new asus rog strix b550-f gaming wifi ii. Everything works great so far, including the LAN and Bluetooth.
Wifi is not working and I have tried the following solutions so far
- Could not install latest WIFI drivers after pressing asussetup.exe as admin, I ran it but nothing happened
- I enabled WIFI in my BIOS
- WIFI is not visible in my device manager.
- I did a clean Windows 11 install but it did not solve it
- My antenna is plugged in
- The motherboard clearly shows asus rog strix b550-f gaming wifi ii, so I do have the wifi version
- No wifi option showing here
Please help me, it's very frustrating that the WIFI is not working.

Hello, @robandium
Regarding the hardware, please refer to page 2-13 of the manual to ensure the Wi-Fi antenna is correctly connected to the motherboard.
During troubleshooting, avoid placing any Bluetooth or other potentially interfering devices near the antenna.
For system settings, please refer to the steps in the [Motherboard]Troubleshooting-How to fix Motherboard WI-FI connect problem, and check or reset your router settings as well.
If these steps do not resolve the Wi-Fi issue, we recommend contacting your original point of purchase for after-sales support, as your purchase is recent.
Thank you.
