Hi @ccadano00 I meant where you download the ASUS Support driver and then extract to run the file, the complete path to this location having a SPACE. See example below.
A folder path that has a space
C:\Program Files\Common Files
In this folder path or location we have TWO (2) spaces. First after the work Program and second after the word Common.
A folder path that has no space
C:\Windows\System32
I hope this helps you understand what I mean.
Another way to look at it, say you download the driver file to your Downloads folder but your profile has a space in it. So your download folder path is actually C:\Users\First Last\Downloads. Since you now have a space in your path to get to the Downloads folder you maybe running into issues because of it. In this case I recommend that you create fresh folder at the root level called Drivers i.e. C:\Drivers ; now extract your driver to this newly created folder and run the AsusSetup.exe from C:\Drivers folder to see if this approach resolves your issue.

Hello, @ccadano00
May I ask if you have downloaded and installed the latest driver version?
For installing the driver, we recommend following the steps and guidance in these two FAQs:
[Motherboard] How to install motherboard drivers and utilities?
[Windows 11/10] How to Install Drivers Downloaded from the ASUS Site
If you still have any difficulties during the process, kindly share the relevant steps from the FAQs and screenshots in your situation so we can better understand the issue you are facing.
Thank you.

Hi @ccadano00 , sometimes I have seen that if you try to run the official driver installations from a folder where your folder path has a SPACE in it, the installation does not work properly.
Have you tried to run the installation from a folder where your folder path does not have a SPACE in it? Maybe this will solve your issue.
