What is the specific Wi-Fi adapter for the asus rog strix Z790-f wifi II

Hello 🙂

I want to know what the Wi-Fi adapter for the ROG STRIX Z790-F WIFI II is, because I have the same motherboard but the Wi-Fi 1 version. I want to upgrade from my Wi-Fi 6E to Wi-Fi 7, but I don't know which adapter to buy.

I currently have the Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz

The card that you are looking is a NGFF 2230 M2. E Key.  Intel WIfi 7 BE200NGW NGFF

What i do not know if you board comes with A key m2 NGFF or E key NGFF.  I think is E key

Make sure.... get the antenna since they are not the same also. some kits comes with other no.

Remove thje heat sink of the board. the antena box is hold by a screw on the back and I think you can reuse the box on the new one. also remember that you need the router and WILL NOT go faster if you internet service is more than 800/800

NOTE and yes WIFI6e can go very fast with the correct wifi router and if you isp supply the service for those speeds, if not you waste the money
