What is the best way to combine RAM modules with different MHz ratings?

Inglês:

I have a query regarding my RAM configuration. I have an ASUS Z790 Plus WiFi equipped with 32GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM at 5200MHz. I would like to expand it to 64GB, but I have a kit of Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM at 7000MHz.
Is it possible to make these RAMs with different frequencies work together? If so, what adjustments should I make in the BIOS? Should I worry about system instability or performance loss?

Hello, @Pedro_Keynow

Please see article below and let me know if you have any questions. It's my stance that if one needs to ask these questions, best to stick to what's recommended and not combine kits.
