Warranty Expired on new purchased of my z790 hero

yesterday i bought a z790  hero from the store of a friend i live in colombia today i was registering the board on the websaite and appear with the warranty expired? wtf i just bought the mb why is my warranty expired after one day? on 2023 i get a maximus hero xiii and did the same thing registering the mb today i check and the warranty of that mb is still goin to late 2025 somebody explain tome wtf happend?

According to How to inquire Warranty Status guide, if the user can’t provide the effective purchase invoice of the product, the product warranty will start from the date of device delivery according to the product S/N.
Therefore, kindly refer to the section titled "How to upload the purchase invoice" in the provided link to update your warranty information.

If needed, please provide the serial number and a screenshot of the registration to me via PM for further assistance, as serial numbers are considered personal information.
However, if you are unable to complete these steps or encounter difficulties, and since your purchase is recent, we would recommend contacting your dealer as soon as possible to address any warranty issues.

region may not support uploading proof of purchase so i cant send it via web maybe cuz im living in colombia? already sent  the screenshots to ur priate inbox,how doi shareon my profile  my hardware info & software config?
