Hello, any suggestions, did you manage to find a solution to this problem? I've checked everything a few times and there's nothing suspicious, there's no leak or something like that, best regards.

Hello, @Terrorclown
Could you please provide information on how long you have been using this PC build?
Did this prompt occur after updating to BIOS 3401, released on March 22, 2024, with no other software or hardware modifications?
Did you update from which version to 3401, and did the system fail to boot successfully after the initial boot-up, or was it able to boot successfully and enter the system upon subsequent attempts?
Would rolling back to the previous BIOS version, 3302, potentially resolve the issue?
Thank you.
Hello, @karaj1982
May I ask if you have also encountered the "water leak detected" prompt and the inability to boot after updating the BIOS to version 3401 on the ROG MAXIMUS Z690 EXTREME GLACIAL?
Could you please confirm the above question and share more details as well?
Thank you.

Hello, Jiaszzz_ROG
The motherboard was at the ASUS service center because there was a problem with the XMP section, I never had a problem with anything else, everything worked as it should, after repairing and returning it to me and after installing the motherboard to the computer, there was a problem with "water leak detected", I checked everything several times, there are no leaks, everything looks dry and solid, no visible damage on the water block and on the motherboard.
There is no message on the motherboard ROG MAXIMUS Z690 EXTREME GLACIAL, just code 98 and a message on the monitor "water leak detected", and system shut down after 5 seconds.
Before the BIOS update to the last update 3401, there was version 3101, the problem occurred on both versions, as I wrote earlier, the BIOS update did not help to solve the problem with the "water leak detected" message and the computer startup.
I think the sensor on the water block has gone crazy, unless there is some problem with the motherboard.
Please get back to me if you have any helpful information.
Thank you.

Hello, @karaj1982
Thank you for providing the explanation.
Could you please also provide the following information simultaneously so that we can further verify it?
- the images of manually adjusting items in BIOS, or whether it is the default
- the brand and model name of the CPU, GPU, RAM (part number and installed slots as well), SSD/HDD, and PSU currently installed
- the OS version and OS build
- provide a comprehensive video recording of the problem, including recording the water cooling connections, capturing any error messages that appear upon startup, and the automatic shutdown scenario.
At the same time, to confirm your repair record, I have DM you, kindly checking your inbox in the top right corner.
Thank you.
