USB Issues On Asus ROG Maximus z790 Hero!

I'm recently facing issues on my motherboard usb 3.2 gen 1 all 4 ports which I marked with red colour in the picture. But the port gets power, it charges my phone like normal but no data link. So I thought it's a bug. I tried everything like driver update, uninstall and install again. I checked windows forum, there's no ongoing bug. So I thought it's BIOS bug some kind of. So I cleared CMOS. After that those ports worked. So after sometimes I turned off my pc. The problem came back after turning on.

Update:

I just updated Intel chipset driver from motherboard support page. Asus DriverHub doesn't show any new updates. So I did it manually. Now everything works!
