My motherboard is ROG STRIX Z790-A GAMING WIFI S 吹雪(chinese vision)
or maybe is ROG STRIX Z790-A GAMING WIFI II
I have a very strange problem. I use Logitech G PRO X headphones, When using the USB sound card (this is what comes with the headphones) to connect to my computer, the sound will break. If Logitech's driver (G HUB) is installed, the sound will break even more seriously. Then when making a call in WhatsApp, only the left channel appears. I am very sure that I have checked the settings of WhatsApp!
However, after uninstalling G HUB, the left and right channel problems were solved, but the sound will still be slightly broken (not as serious as before). If I use the 3.5mm interface of the headset to plug directly into the motherboard, there will be no problem.
You might say this is a problem with my headphones, but I tested this headset on my other ROG Strix G18 laptop, and I tested it with a USB sound card + G HUB, and everything about the headset works fine!
Why do I suspect that it is a motherboard problem? Because I found on some Chinese websites that there are similar cases of broken sound when using USB audio on the ROG forum. But I can't find those posts (maybe I searched wrongly), but ROG's technical team released the MB SDK v3.00.21 update for this problem, but it seems that it still hasn't solved the problem for most people.

Hello, @Aruany
Due to the ongoing local holidays in our area, my response time may experience delays.
I apologize for any inconvenience the delayed replies may have caused.
To assist with troubleshooting more accurately, kindly check the inbox on the top-right corner of the forum.
Regarding the issue with only left-channel audio when connecting via the USB sound card, could you kindly specify which port on the motherboard the USB sound card is attached to and whether you have tried cross-testing other ports?
Is this issue specific to using WhatsApp, or does it also occur in other scenarios, such as watching videos or listening to music?
We recommend ensuring that relevant drivers are up-to-date, and if necessary, please contact the headphone manufacturer to confirm if there are firmware updates required or check Logitech G HUB software settings.
For sound settings, we suggest referring to the troubleshooting steps outlined in "Fix sound or audio problems in Windows" to address the issue.
Thank you.

I have solved this problem, it happens in almost 60% of scenarios, not for specific applications
The problem was with an audio driver called Bongiovi Acoustics that came with the motherboard, and it seemed like it kept overwriting my other audio drivers, even after I installed new ones. When I force-uninstalled it through DriverStoreExplorer, everything returned to normal.
You seem to have said in this post that you have solved this problem through SDK update, but for some reason I have also updated the SDK, but the problem still exists.
