Unknown device on Strix Z890-E motherboard

There is a device attached to the Intel Serial IO I2C Host Controller for which I can't find a driver.  These are the only two pieces of identifying information I see in Device Manager.  (The operating system is Windows 11.)

Does anyone know what device this is and, more important, where I can find a driver for it?

You need to install your Realtek UCM Drivers contained in the Intel Thunderbolt Drivers packages : [DRIVERS] Intel Thunderbolt.
