Hello, I have an ongoing issue with installing wifi and bt drivers on motherboard. Manually downloaded installers simply will not start. Armoury crate is not helping either. Its AMD chipset as well btw. Need help with it.

Hello @YZFerus

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please clarify if this issue occurred after the PC was first built or after using it for some time and occurred following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
May I ask what specific installation issue you are currently experiencing? When attempting to install the drivers via Armoury Crate or manually, did you encounter any errors or unusual messages?
We recommend referring to the following FAQ and attempting the driver installation again:
[Motherboard] How to install motherboard drivers and utilities?
[Motherboard]Troubleshooting-How to fix Motherboard WI-FI connect problem
[Motherboard] How to solve the Bluetooth problem of the motherboard?
At the same time, please ensure that the Wi-Fi moving antenna is properly installed according to the instructions on page 2-22 of the ROG STRIX X670E-F GAMING WIFI user manual.
If you encounter any error messages or abnormal behavior during the process, we would appreciate it if you could provide screenshots or a screen recording for us to better understand and investigate your situation.

Thank you.

Hello, thank you for the reply. This issue was with me since day 1. I was never able to install those drivers.

It does not give me any error when I try to install, the installer does not run, no matter how many times I try. Same with Armoury Crate, it will download but will not install.

An antenna is properly installed. I tried all sorts of troubleshooting. Some were even suggesting that since my motherboard has an AMD chipset, Intel drivers will not run on it...

I also made sure that Bluetooth and wifi is enabled in Bios.
