Hello @MichealMasi3

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Based on your description, please refer to the relevant instructions in [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators and compare with the TUF GAMING B650M-E user manual to ensure that the boot device, such as an SSD or HDD, is installed correctly.
During the initial installation process, we recommend avoiding the installation of multiple system drives or using adapters or extension cables to connect hardware devices to eliminate potential hardware issues.
Meanwhile, if you haven't updated the BIOS to the latest version 3024, please consider updating and clearing CMOS before checking again.

Thank you.

sharing complete hardware info & software config details will help us better understand the issue 🙂

Sorry misclick the solution button. But man I already reseated the ssd countless times same result, I even try to post without the ssd and I get the same result

Hi @MichealMasi3 what do you mean by no boot? You mentioned this is a new PC build. I am assuming that you have not installed any operating system yet. Can you take a picture with your phone and post it here as to where you are stuck?
