I just finished my 6th build for a friend of mine, everything was perfectly plugged and also troubleshooted afterwards and the problem remains.
I have read that some MBs of the same model BIOS aren't natively supporting the i7 14gen (his CPU is 14700KF) and now I would love to know how to flash it into the motherboard while I got no picture out, I do not see any Flash button on the motherboard Nor the back panel of the motherboard itself.
here's another weird indication that might help you figure out a solution for me, The power RED LED on my TUF 4070ti is on when the PC is connected to power, but once I try to boot the system it goes off and here I am stuck with the VGA Debug white solid LED as well as the BOOT Green solid LED. (Both on at the same time)
I have unplugged and plugged everything back again, tested my PSU and checked the CPU as well as the LGA1700 Socket and everything looks like where and how it should be.
I reached a brick wall so I'm desperate at this point.
please help

Hello, @iiReDz
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Based on your situation, we recommend prioritizing the steps outlined in [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators for problem resolution.
According to the official website for the TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI, the CPU QVL includes the I7-14700KF CPU, and it is supported from BIOS version 1205 and continues.
Therefore, we suggest updating the BIOS using a different CPU model and then rechecking the situation.
For guidance on updating the BIOS, please refer to "[Motherboard/Desktop] ASUS EZ Flash 3 - Introduction" if needed.
Additionally, we recommend avoiding duplicate posts to prevent communication barriers caused by information discrepancies.
Thank you.
