Hi my PC Sytem is
-ASUS TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS WIFI - BIOS 2613
-AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
-4X G.SKILL Trident Z5 NED RGB DDR5-6000 16GB AMD EXPO
-SAPPHIRE Radeon RX 7900 XT NITRO+ Vapor-X 20GB
-Thermaltake TOUGHPOWER GF A3 Gold 1200W - TT Premium Edition
System is Unstable.
Sometimes PC Crash
CPU-Z is Memory 2x32bit. But 4 Dimm is installed.
Nothing is Overclocked
The Settings in Bios for Ryzen 9 7950X3D is Loaded
Expo II is in Bios Selected
The rest in the BIOS is from Optimal Setting load or to Auto.
What do I have to set for 4 RAM in the BIOS so that all 4 DIMMS run in dual channel and the PC functions stably.
ASUS describes the processor and RAM as compatible with this motherboard.
Sorry for my English, I hope my question was still understandable. If someone can speak German I would be happy, otherwise I will use Google Translate.
Thank you in advance for any help.

Hello, @Aliboo
Sorry for the delayed response.
The TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS WIFI supports dual-channel memory by following the installation guidelines without any additional setup.
However, according to the support page, the 4X G.SKILL Trident Z5 NED RGB DDR5-6000 16GB AMD EXPO seems not to be listed in the QVL.
Could you please provide the part number for the currently installed memory, which comes from a four-module kit?
After clearing CMOS, we suggest trying to install a single memory module and testing it in the recommended A2 slot mentioned in the user manual, then enabling EXPO I, which optimizes memory timings (CL, TRCD, TRP, TRAS) and other parameters by ASUS, and gradually adding other RAM modules once stable.
As the stability of overclocked memory is related to other hardware configurations such as the CPU and PSU, kindly also cross-test with the RAM models recommended on the QVL to ensure compatibility.
Thank you.

Hello, I have two F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR
DDR5-6000 16GBx2 CL30-38-38-96 1.35v 4427
The memories are dual kits and certified.
On the G.Skill website, this motherboard is listed as compatible with this RAM.
https://www.gskill.com/qvl/165/390/1661410135/F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR-QVL
On the ASUS website, this motherboard with this RAM is also listed as compatible.
https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/tuf-gaming/tuf-gaming-x670e-plus-wifi/help...
I've tried clearing CMOS several times and even took out the battery.
EXPO I runs worse than EXPO II, with EXPO I I have more crashes.
I lowered the frequency from 6000 to 5200 in the BIOS for EXPO II, it has become a little more stable.
Nevertheless, every now and then there are crashes without an error message, either the system simply switches off and restarts, or everything freezes and I then have to switch it off manually with the power button (long press).

I haven't tried the idea of first putting a memory module in A2 and restarting every time and then, when it's running stable, gradually putting another memory module in.
I think first A2, then B2.
What about the third step?
Should I try B1 first or B1 and B2 together?
However, I must honestly admit that this is a very unusual approach from ASUS.
How is an end user supposed to come up with such an idea? As far as I know, this approach is not even to be found in the manual.
I will definitely try this.
But here's a thank you for your efforts.

Hello, @Aliboo
According to the TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS WIFI support page, the F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR size is 2*16GB.
Please refer to the purchasing and installation guide and make sure that all memory modules are from the same validated memory kit. Avoid using DIMMs from different memory kits.
Ensure that all memory modules are from the same validated memory kit. Do not mix DIMMs from different memory kits—even if they are the same brand and model (e.g., two DIMMs each from two different memory kits). Mixing and matching DIMMs can result in a failure to boot and compatibility issues. In particular, the stability of a system with mixed DIMMs cannot be guaranteed when XMP (Intel)/D.O.C.P (AMD)/EXPO (AMD)/AEMP/AEMPII is enabled. For example, enabling XMP (Intel)/D.O.C.P (AMD)/EXPO (AMD)/AEMP/AEMPII to speeds above DDR5 4800MHz or above DDR4 3200MHz could result in an unstable system.
Thank you.

Hi @Aliboo please watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzVZgTP2204 to help you understand how modern memory works. Mixing / installing 2 kits even if they are exactly the same are not truly same as is explained in this video from ASUS team.
Regarding your statement on how would a consumer know in which order to install memory, that is described in the User Manual of the motherboard.
Have you tried to run a memory test using either Memtest86 or OCCT utility? As the video explains, mixing kits at higher speeds is going to cause system stability issues. Your best option is to keep lowering your speed till the system becomes stable since you are mixing 2 kits. You may have to go to default speed (JEDEC) to keep your system stable. This means NOT using EXPO at all. This will make your system slightly slower but at least it will be stable. Or you can remove one of the kit or you can buy a 4 DIMM kit as a brand new.
NOTE: Since you have 2 Kits, it is very easy to mix the sticks between the kits. Hopefully, the serial numbers on your memory stick will help you ensure which sticks belong together. You want to put your 1st kit into A2 and B2 and then your 2nd kit into A1 and B1. Do not engage EXPO and run OCCT test as the video explains.
I hope this information is helpful in solving your issue.
