TUF GAMING B760-PLUS WIFI D5 problem with USB

Switched to the new 1700 chipset a few months ago. And the thought that something is wrong with USB does not leave me all the time.
- From time to time, a new mouse from Razer Basilisk V3 drops out.
- I have a monitor Optix MAG301CR2 that has an additional USB Type B connection. Which stopped correct working a week ago. The monitor itself works because it is connected to the video card by the display port. But the program from the monitor, which provides additional capabilities, connected via USB, does not see it.

And here is such a puzzle: Is there a software problem in the motherboard, monitor or Windows 11?

Same problem here. Did you solve the problem? Please, let me know. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, I did not find a solution to the problem.

I don't knows if there is something else, but for me I found a solution: I change the port to plug the USB from 2.0 to 3.1 or 3.2. I think the problem is that the mouse and keyboard only works if  the dongle USB is plug into a port USB 3.0 or higher. Maybe that could help.

Thanks for the advice.
With the mouse, everything more or less resolved itself. Maybe the some patches helped. But the monitor still does not work normally. I think the problem is with the monitor software, not with the motherboard.
