Hello all,

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the longer wait period.
After confirmation from the relevant department, the issue with the tool page abnormality has been resolved in Armoury Crate v5.8.9, released in early April.
If you encounter any other issues after completing the update or have any further concerns, please create a new discussion thread or DM me with your motherboard model and details of the situation.

Thank you.

Hello, @Kaden12

May I ask if you downloaded the Armoury Crate from the ROG STRIX B660-F GAMING WIFI official website's support page?
Please go to Armoury Crate > Settings > Update Center to confirm whether all items on this page have been updated to the latest version first.
If the problem persists, please try using the Armoury Crate uninstall tool to uninstall it and reinstall via the ROG STRIX B660-F GAMING WIFI support page, finish the update again, and reboot to reconfirm again.

Thank you.

I did as you said but it didn't work.

Hello, @Kaden12

May I ask if the situation you described happened after any changes were made? For example, updating the BIOS or Armoury Crate
Could you help record and provide the relevant logs and confirm the question below?
For log operation steps, please refer to the "Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature)" section.
After recording the log, please upload it to the cloud, approve access, and PM me the link.
- the current BIOS version and the images of the setting in BIOS, or whether it is the default
- the brand and model name of the CPU, DRAM, GPU, and PSU currently installed
- the OS version and OS build
- Armoury Crate version and a screen shot of the Armoury Crate Update Center
Please help compile the above information and I will forward it to the relevant departments for further investigation.

Thank you.

Hi. I'm having this same issue since about a week or so.

Updates menu seem to work fine though, just drivers/utility throwing this error. No changes from my end, aside from probably updating Armoury Crate from the updates menu (do that from time to time). Tried the uninstall tool and reinstalling, same effect.

Hello, @Raenock
May I ask if you downloaded the Armoury Crate from the TUF GAMING B660-PLUS WIFI D4 official website's support page?
Please go to Armoury Crate > Settings > Update Center to confirm whether all items on this page have been updated to the latest version first.
Meanwhil, please try using the Armoury Crate uninstall tool to uninstall it and reinstall via the TUF GAMING B660-PLUS WIFI D4 support page, finish the update again, and reboot.

If the problem persists, please provide the relevant information I mentioned earlier, including specifications and logs, to further identify potential issues.

Thank you.

Hey,  @Jiaszzz_ROG

I have the same issue for a couple of weeks now. I tried all the steps multiple times (clean reinstall, checking all the drivers and firmware for updates). Everything is up to date.

I have already sent you a PM with all the required details, including the diagonstics protocol, system information and screenshots.
Help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello, @jumaha04

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please describe the software or hardware modifications that occurred prior to the incident a few weeks ago? For example, did it occur following a BIOS update, an Crate update, or the installation of a new external device?
Regarding the log file you provided, have you followed the instructions in the "Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature)" section to accurately document the steps that reproduce the issue?

Thank you.
