[Thunderbolt not working] ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO

Hi, I am having issues with both of the Thunderbolt ports, they stopped recognizing devices, for example now when I connect some webcams on the Device Manager they appear with the legend "USB3 Required for operation".

All this started to happen after latest Windows installation, but was trying to solve it before reinstalling windows again.

BIOS Version 1402
Microsoft Windows 11 Pro (64-bit)
Version (Build)  23H2 (10.0.22635)
Processor
13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-13900K

I already did many of the basic troubleshooting, has anyone faced and solved this? Thank you.

Did not helped, I had to rollback to Windows 11 version and install everything again. Now it works..

Update:
I reinstalled the Thunderbolt drivers and restarted the PC with the webcams unplugged and then plugged them back in. They appear now under their name in the Device Manager, but they appear disabled, I click enable but nothing happens. 😕
