I'm experiencing an issue with my ROG STRIX Z690-E motherboard where it's not powering on at all. There are no signs of power, and the LED lights are not functioning. Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I removed my power supply unit and connected it to another spare motherboard, and fortunately, the power supply works well. However, when connected to the ROG STRIX Z690-E motherboard, there is no power at all, and the LED lights do not work. This same power supply unit is a Pure Power 12M 1000W. This means the issue must be with the motherboard, right? Please include this along with the previous message you wrote.

Hello, @Borov

May I inquire if the situation you described occurred following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or switching to another CPU?
When experiencing boot failure issues, are there any Q-LED indicators lighting up?
Please refer to [Motherboard] Troubleshooting - No Power/No Boot/No Display and test with minimal components to isolate the possible cause.

Thank you.

Hello, @Jiaszzz_ROG

This issue is not related to a BIOS update or a CPU change. I recently purchased both the motherboard and the processor. There is no POST, no LEDs are lighting up, and the fans are not responding at all. It seems as if either the processor has died or the motherboard has failed. This happened after I pressed the power button on the case to turn off the computer instead of shutting down through the start menu.

Hello, @Borov

Based on your description, kindly refer to the ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI user manual to check if the hardware components are all connected correctly, as well as follow the troubleshooting guide I shared and test with minimal components to isolate the possible cause.
Please try corss-test with another power cable or PSU if needed.

Thank you.
