Hi All
Hi Everyone
Currently I cant get this board to post, I have a solid yellow status LED the moment I turn on power. This LED appears either on the hive when connected or on the mobo LED status light by the ADD-GEN2 header. From googling I understand this to mean a RAM issue.
Initially I built the system completely before powering it on, but in an effort to solve this I have stripped the system down to its absolute bare minimum.
I have the following connected to the motherboard
AMD 9950X
ATX Power
CPU 12V power
CPU FAN
AIO Pump
1 or 2 sticks of RAM
I have removed the gfx card, all storage, the extra add on card and all USB and front panel IO
The moment I turn on the power I instantly get the yellow status LED appear and it stays until the machine shuts down after around 30-40 seconds.
I have q-flashed to AMD AGESA PI 1.2.0.2
Reset CMOS
I have dropped down to one stick of RAM and tried it in both slots, and then swapped it for the other stick and repeated the process
In addition I have also bought another set of RAM which also gives the same status LED warning as soon as power is turned on.
I have run out of things to try to solve this.
For reference the sets of RAM are

Hello @edgedemon
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Based on your description, after pressing the power button, the DRAM Q-LED indicator lights up, and the system fails to boot after 30-40 seconds without starting up. You have also tried updating the BIOS, clearing CMOS, testing with a single memory module, and performing minimal hardware configuration, but the issue persists.
However, the memory you have installed, F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5N, is not listed on the ROG STRIX X870-I GAMING WIFI's Memory QVL.
In addition to ensuring that all hardware, including memory, is correctly installed, we recommend cross-testing with memory kits from the QVL to help rule out potential compatibility issues with the memory.
Please refer to [Motherboard] How to query (CPU/memory) QVL List? and purchasing and installation guide if needed.
Thank you.

I have exactly the same issue and using the memory off the approved memory list.
have cleared the CMOS, tried one stick. No luck. I feared buying Asus based on recent bad reviews. I see why now.
