Hello, i have recently upgraded from tuf z390 to the b650e-e. i had cold both issue with the 4070 ti super ( i have changed the psu the same day as my gpu with a pccooler yn 850 atx 3.1) , but since my mobo was very old i thinked the problem was a little incompatibility with my mobo and gpu, but after a reboot all worked fine always with 0 issue. now i have changed to the b650e-e updated bios , and i have the same issue, white led with code 97.but after a reboot, again, all work perfectly, in gaming(1440p with 99% gpu usage) with ai application like stable diffusion also, the mobo is new but i am sure is not the mobo the problem cause i had the same problem with the old one.what exactly that code means? faulty gpu? gpu that fail to initialize and not post cause of maybe a bad quality psu that is unable to deliver a stable enough voltage in the cold boot but after yes?

Hello @Alkatraz91
Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the delayed response due to a public holiday in our region and any inconvenience this may have caused.
Could you confirm the specifications of the CPU currently installed, and does it support integrated graphics?
Regarding the boot issue, the solid VGA Q-LED and Q-Code 97, we recommend removing the 4070 Ti Super and performing cross-testing with integrated graphics (if supported) or another GPU to further diagnose the issue.
Based on your description, restarting the system temporarily resolves the problem. In addition to checking for any physical abnormalities with the GPU’s golden fingers or the PCIe slot, we suggest updating the BIOS and setting the PCIe mode to [Gen 4] in the BIOS to see if it makes a difference. You may also consider cross-testing with another PSU or power cable.
Thank you.

bios is up to date, alredy tryied with forcing the pcie to gen 4 , and changed the psu , from pccooler yn 850 atx 3.1 to nzxt c 1000 atx 3.1 but the problem is the same. i have not tryend to remove the gpu, but i have tryied to connet my mobo to the monitor instead of the gpu, cause with the old mobo(z390) the pc would turn on but not recognize my gpu. the gpu was bought new ad after a reboot perfectly work even with heavy load. 0 issue . my cpu is a r7 7700 with 32 GB ram corsair 6000 MHz cl 30.
